How can you contribute as a staff member?: I can follow staff orders, help out players in need, and work out ways to help the server run smoother and more efficiently. I can mediate player disputes (i.e. trolls and/or rowdy players,) I can work well individually and as part of a team, and I take pride in my work. Ultimately, I see myself as being someone who is friendly and more than capable of helping out around the server. But you are the ultimate judges of that, and so I will respect your judgement regardless and I hope you will consider me for a position on your staff.
Why do you feel you should be staff?:
I wish to help contribute to the server in any way I can. I have grown to like this server and have grown attached to the community that surrounds it. I see myself as being capable and hardworking and ready to actively work on bettering the server and its community. I have multiple ideas that I've been brainstorming that I would love to share with the active staff, I am also capable at mediating and I can respect the higher-ups (such as admins and owners and what not.) and take their orders as final. I am a hardworker, a good listener, and someone who can settle player disputes well. I believe I would be a good choice for a staff position.
Tell us about you (2 paragraph):
I am a junior in highschool, I live in Chicago, and I love gaming (and music.) I've built my own custom gaming computer, that I've been using for a few years now. I am an avid fan of Half-Life, Garry's Mod (which I've clocked well over 1000 hours on,) and I am a HUGE fan of Star Wars. I've seen all of Star Wars: The Clone Wars multiple times and have watched the original trilogy, in its entirety, at least a hundred times. I started off playing video games on the PS2, having playing both the LEGO Star Wars games, (first one and Original Trilogy,) and also frequently played the original two Star Wars Battlefront games. Eventually, I moved on to PC Gaming, (my first computer was a 2 gigs of ram, awful Mac Mini.) It was around 5 years ago that I first joined Steam, and one of the first games I got was Garry's Mod. I remember frequently playing on broken DarkRP servers for a while. During this time, I also began playing Minecraft, where I joined several communities in my time, becoming moderator on a couple of them. My focus eventually shifted away from Minecraft, and I began frequently playing games from my large assortment of Steam titles. But even when I was playing other games, I still always would come back to Garry's Mod for its insane and hilarious open sandbox, and for its fun and engaging gamemodes. I eventually came across Star Wars RP for the first time, floating from server to server and learning the rules and what not. Finally, I settled on here, LYHME, because I felt good on the server and I trusted the staff here.
In addition to being a gamer, I am a serious musician who spends plenty of time playing music with my friends. There is not much to say about that, only that it is a very important part of my life. Ultimately, I love playing games for the feeling of freedom and escape. And as a lover of Star Wars, escaping to a world of Star Wars doesn't seem like a bad thing at all to me. Overall, I see myself as a friendly individual who enjoys playing games, that's about it.

Explain RDM:
RDM, or Random Death-Matching, is when someone attacks or kills another player without any RP reason.
Explain Meta Gaming:
Meta Gaming is when a player uses Out of Character information, that their character shouldn't know about, to their advantage in an RP senario. Example: Someone announces in OOC that they're going to be rping as a traitor, someone else then kills them for being a traitor in spite of not knowing this.
Explain FailRP:
FailRP is when someone tries to roleplay a senario that does not make sense and/or is meant to be joking or satirical. FailRPing can be seen as any RP senario that breaks a player's immersion.
