1: You must be active. If you are gone longer than 3 days without posting a leave of absence then you are subject to demotion. If you are gone longer than 2 weeks even with an LOA you are still subject to demotion, depending on the reason (emergencies such as death of the family, being hospitalized, etc are excused.)
2: Do not abuse. Trial staff are on a watch period, meaning one bad mistake can lead to a demotion/removal from staff. All other staff are on a three strike system. After three strikes, you are subject to demotion or removal from staff, regardless of rank.
3: Do your jobs, not other people's. For example, even if you are a super admin, you do not have the power to accept people into staff unless you are the Head of Staff or the owner. Example 2: You are an admin and you notice on the forums that someone has posted a ban appeal. You believe that they are telling the truth and proceed to unban them. Unless you are a member of internal affairs, or Head of Staff or owner, you do not have the power to do that without permission.
4: Do not FailRP. When on duty, avoid talking to people who are rping unless they requested a staff member. Also do not interfere with RP, whether that be spawning things that were not asked for such as droids or obnoxious props, or physgunning someone for no reason. That could also be taken as minging/abuse.
5: Grammar and professionalism is a must. You must be able to properly spell, capitalize, and punctuate your sentences or else it compromises the effectiveness of what you are trying to say. Tlking liek dis is not accepted. You must also be fair and just in all dealings, and with all players. Listen to both sides of each story and look for evidence and/or witnesses before making a final verdict.
